Dissapointing

If players don't turn up to training how can they possibly understand game plans & moves etc, if those that do train don't play the patterns that we have practiced we can't complain if results don't go our way, if players selected subsequently pull out at late notice, the disruption this causes will have an impact on the match day performance as it inevitably means players out of position.
