Combe into Semi's

Westcombe Park 2nd XV enjoyed a victory in Kent Cup at the expense of Medway RFC.

Due to the recent snowfall, both sides were forced to field their 2nd XV as both 1st teams had rearranged games the day before.

Medway competed very well in the scrum and at the breakdown but it was a resolute defence and superior fitness that won through on the day.

Ben Hennah was named man of the match but Joe Simpson put in an impressive shift setting up several scores and bagging an impressive 37 points for himself including a hat-trick of try's.

Combe will face either Old Elthamians, Blackheath or Dover in the Semi Final scheduled to be played on Sunday 17th March.
