A very warm welcome to the 34th annual Kent Mini/Midi Rugby Festival. For many, the Kent Festival is the highlight of our Rugby season. Over 4,000 children will take part in six preliminary festivals across the county, with over 600 taking part in the u12s Kent Cup prelims and u12s Development Cup.

This day is a celebration of the hard work and dedication of the County’s young rugby players and their coaches who have doubtless had to train through the extremes of our English autumn and winter come rain, more rain or shine.

Year after year, we are treated to a very high standard of play from the wealth of talented youngsters in our sport. As important as the competitive aspect of the festival may be, it is nonetheless important to remember the core values of our game: teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline and sportsmanship.
