Andy has been our Club Coaching Coordinator until this new appointment and will continue the excellent work as CCC with the ambition to create an improved pathway for our youth players into senior rugby and ensure that this is as seamless a transition as possible. As such, Andy will be working in conjunction with all other aspects of club rugby to build this important area of our club and the philosophy of home grown talent into all levels of senior rugby.

As a consequence of this appointment, I am equally delighted to announce that Chris Smith (currently Head Coach of the U14 age group) will become the new Club Coaching Coordinator.

Both appointments are effective immediately and I wish both every success and will give them both the full support of all sections of the club.
