Combe held a girls recruitment day on Sunday attended by over 20 girls from U10 - U15. The sun shone for a change after the last one was cancelled due to snow 4 weeks ago. The girls focused on basic ball handling skills, passing and tackling. The 2 guest coaches, Shaunagh Brown ( Harlequins/England) and Gaelle Mignot (Richmond/France) ran the session in 2 alternating groups over the course of the 2 hours. Afterwards Shaunagh and Gaelle led a Q&A session for the girls and presented a Jack Petchy award.
