NOMADS MATCH REPORT

Well we were all very early thank you Dave Grace, scared the crap out of Dave Lewis who made the warm up! Harrison Shea as usual turned up in his latest Gok Wan number, very uncool, caused an earth tremor and completely knocked Gareth Desborough of his feet before a word was spoken. The game was tough and we did our best to make it as hard and nail biting as possible. 17-3 up at half time was not looking bad. Second half started and Shoots had recruited a sixteenth man who managed to frustrate and penalise us in submission, totting up 25 points to give Shoots the lead 28-17 with ten minutes to go. We have lost at this point in previous games this season, but not this time, try’s by Jimmy Bignell and James Lee got us back in the lead just, 29-28 with a minute to hang on, but hang on we did not do, a great attack set up by Paul Mason saw Joe Edmunds score to secure a tough win 34-28. Superb!
