Paul Woodhouse, Simon McDowell, Niall Finucane and Steve Bunn have completed the RFU Leadership Academy training. The Leadership Academy consisted of a number of training modules and events covering such topics as Funding, Risk Assessment and Training Needs Analysis.

The programme has been developed to give new or aspiring rugby leaders a solid foundation for development at Club, County and even National Level.

The Combe representation will now move onto the Alumni where further development opportunities are offered.
