Referees
Each team entered is obliged to supply a referee for helping with the festival. If on the day the person cannot fulfil this role, it will be expected that another coach will take on the role. Referee allocation to matches has been done as fairly and evenly spread as possible.

Behaviour
Good behaviour, symbolic of the rugby tradition, is of paramount importance within this sport. The organisers cannot stress more strongly that poor behaviour by players, spectators and coaches at this festival will not be tolerated.

Refreshments
There will be refreshment stations situated just outside the clubhouse, inside the clubhouse and also on the lower and middle plateau and Park pitches. As well as the usual tea, coffee and other hot and cold drinks, we will also have a number of BBQ stations serving burgers, and hotdogs.

The bar will be open at midday.

Shops / Entertainment
Our Club Shop will open selling essentials for the day in conjunction with Winston Sports and Gilbert, and we will also have inflatable fun games for the children not playing rugby.

Medical
Cover will be provided by St Johns Ambulance.

Security
Please ensure belongings are kept safe at all times. Westcombe Park RFC cannot accept responsibility for any losses.

PARKING
We have limited parking within the Westcombe Park RFC Car Park and this will be on a first come, first served basis. There is also additional parking in the Goddington Park car park (adjacent to WPRFC car park) and this is accessed via the entrance to the swing park/basketball courts off Goddington Lane. We as usual also have additional parking within Goddington Park itself, please be directed by the traffic marshals.

Additional parking can also be found at the Chelsfield Station car park at the junction of the Highway and Warren Road.

Many roads around the area are also suitable and please allow a 5-10 minute walk, and again please park sensibly and respect our neighbours.
