The 1st XV management require a squad manager to work with the Extra 1st XV, initially for the 2016/17 season but with a view for a longer term appointment.

Applicants will be involved in every aspect of running the squad alongside the Senior Squad manager with particular responsibilities for player communication, kit, admin, and general assistance to Billy Maynard the Extra 1st XV lead coach, the applicant would ideally be ambitious and look to further their involvement with the 1st XV set up over the course of time. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join at a very exiting time in the clubs plans and to be part of the team dedicated to taking the squad and the club forward.

The incumbent will not be required to attend weekday training sessions unless they particularly wanted but a minimum requirement is to be available to accompany the squad on most or all Saturdays throughout the season.

Ideally the applicant will already be involved in team management at some level but this is not an essential requirement.

In addition, to assist with player development, we require a match day cameraman and a match reporter specifically for the Extra 1st XV.
