Westcombe Park RFC have been a proud member of the Jack Petchey Achievement Award Scheme since the 2006/2007 season, meaning the current 2022/2023 season represents our club's 17th year as an honoured member organisation.

The vision of the Jack Petchey Foundation is "a world where young people have high aspirations; the opportunity to develop their potential; the chance to be architects of their own future; to play a full part in society and to be valued and recognised for the positive things they achieve."

Since joining the scheme, our club has obtained over £42k in award monies, with EVERY penny having been spent for the direct benefit of our young rugby players, and to this day our young boys & girls continue to benefit thanks to the Foundation.

We, as a club, nominate 9 players each season to receive a Jack Petchey award. Eligible age groups start with the U11s and go all the way up to the U18s. Both boys and girls are eligible within our Youth section.
